- Full-time dedicated Safety Manager on staff
- Regular, ongoing safety training for all employees (serviced both in-house and 3rd party)
- Safety incorporated throughout our construction process including estimating, preconstruction, and post-job safety reviews
- Documented and reviewed on-site safety protocols including daily JHA’s and weekly tool-box talks
- Competent person training and review to ensure all crew members have authority to stop an unsafe procedure
- Safety metric tracking and documentation via Procore
- Regularly perform random site safety audits both with third-party consultants and in-house Safety Manager to ensure compliance
- Registered and compliant with ISNetworld and AVETTA
- Northwest Indiana Building Round Table Safety Committee (NIBRT) – active member
- Indiana Constructors, Inc. (ICI) Safety Forum – active member
